I’m a wife to an incredible and supportive husband and the proud mother of two amazing daughters who inspire me daily. As an Army brat and only child, I learned the value of embracing change, building strong relationships, and pursuing my passions wholeheartedly.

Professionally, I am a Certified Confidence and Leadership Coach, committed to helping ambitious women and men discover their true potential. With over 17 years of experience in the IT industry, I bring a wealth of expertise in technology, leadership, and personal growth to my coaching practice. I hold a B.S. in Information Technology from Old Dominion University and an M.S. in Organizational Leadership from Lewis University. My corporate journey has included leading high-performing teams and driving success at a Fortune 500 company, experiences I now channel into guiding clients toward transformational growth.

Beyond coaching, I am a passionate photographer, capturing priceless memories that bring joy for years to come. Whether behind the camera, creating DIY crafts with my daughters, or blending my own shea butter, I bring creativity and care to everything I do.

I am also the proud founder of Girls Preparing for the Future, a nonprofit born from a heartfelt mission to equip young girls in our community with the tools and resources to dream big and succeed. This initiative reflects my deep belief in empowering the next generation through mentorship, exposure, and education.
